Returns & Exchanges

At The Cruise Maps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom maritime wall art. If your map doesn't perfectly capture your journey, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Map

  Carefully place the map back into its original protective tube or flat-pack packaging to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
